![]() This is my third attempt at reading this book to the end. ![]() The best ways to approach a book, what to get from books and at what speed you should read. Through the book, you'll learn what it takes to reach the next levels. The one we are almost all stuck in is the one we learn in kindergarten when we were first taught how to read. You can't reach the next level if you didn't fully grasp the current one. They are levels, yes, just like in video games. ![]() ![]() The book teaches us that there are four levels of reading, elementary, inspectional, analytical and syntopical. If you consider reading the same way I did, as millions of others, you are stuck in the first level of reading, Elementary reading. Like many others, I thought that reading was all about opening a book and start turning pages as I read word after word. But do we perform it as we should? Do we read well? Do we have what it takes to get the most out of books? Personally, I don't, I didn't get what it takes. Reading and wonder are one of the best ways to learn we have. ![]() There are so many things we learn to do out there but the important, how to learn. We learn how to speak a language, we learn how to drive. When was the last time you took a lesson on reading? You can't even remember, right? Neither do I! We learn how to cook, our kitchens are full of books about cooking. Many do! Why? Because we all take good reading for granted. How to read a book? You may wonder about the title of this book. ![]()
